  • How long have you been doing what you do and how did you get started?
    •  I’ve been helping people create new habits most of my life. I decided to further my training and hone my skill set when my husband died in early 2022. I decided that I wanted to help others live longer, happier lives. To embrace their truth, and spend their time doing the things that bring them to life. I received my first certification from The Academy of Modern Applied Psychology, went onto get a dual certification in Health & Life Coaching from The Health Coach Institute, and another certification from Expert Coach with Ed JC Smith & Clients on Automation.
  • What kinds of clients do you work with?
    • I work with women that are ready to live peaceful, happy, and balanced lives.
  • How are you different from other Habit Change & Growth coaches?
    • I bring in my knowledge on health and well-being, both physical & mental, as well as using my intuition & deep listening skills to really get to the root of what is blocking people from living their best lives.
  • What type of personality do you work best with and what is expected of me?
    •  I work best with women that are ready to dig their heals in and take the necessary actions to live a life that is fulfilling, complete, and balanced.
  • Who does this program NOT work for?
    • This program won’t work for anyone that isn’t ready to dig deep and commit to the process of embracing everything that they truly are.
  • What exactly is your system and what does it include?
    • In my system, we identify what is most important to you, WHY it is so important, and the roadblocks keeping you from living your best life. How to take your strengths and apply them in a way that will have you living a life in alignment with who you are, where you want to be, and how to grow even further.
  • Does this really work?
    • If you are willing to put in the work, it will 100% work.
  • What results can I expect?
    • A deeper understanding of yourself.
    • Progress towards your goals.
    • A better sense of balance.
    • A happier, more peaceful life.
  • How quickly can I expect results?
    • This really depends on you. The more committed to taking the actions that you need to you are, the faster you will see results.
  • How can I guarantee myself that I will get a more peaceful, balanced, and happy life?
    • The guarantee is in your willingness to take control of your time & life to have the life you want.
  • Will I recover the investment I put into this coaching program?
    • If you don’t start seeing results after 6 sessions, you will get a full refund minus 30% for administrative fees.
  • OK, I know you’re the one I want to work with. How do we get started?
    • I’ll email you our coaching agreement, you sign and return it to me & make payment. We’ll set up our first session. You’ll get a welcome email, introducing you to the program and next steps.
  • Although I want a more peaceful, happy, and balanced life, I don’t have much time to spare. How much  time do I need?
    • The program requires you to commit 1 hour a week to focusing on yourself with me. We will work together to find a way for you to manage your time in way that supports all of your goals.
  • OK, I’m ready to do this for myself, but I have a couple of additional questions. Can we address  them in our Breakthrough Session?
    • Absolutely!!!
